Nh-D15 Vibrates at High RPM

I was running Prime95 and as the temps approached 75 degrees celsius on the CPU the NH-D15 fans really began to ramp up to high RPMs. This caused the two CPU heat sinks towers to vibrate back and forth a bit. I was wondering if that is normal or if there is something wrong with my setup.

Solution
Sounds to me like a damaged fan or one severely out of balance. They shouldn't vibrate, they should be smoothly rotating regardless of where the fans are positioned or how well the cooler is mounted. It makes sense for the fans to ramp up if the thermal profile is set that way but not the vibration.

I am really thinking it is not mounted correctly. When you were installing the D15 - did both of the mounting screws securely fasten to the Noctua retaining bracket? I found that part of installation to be a pain in the ass, and slightly nerve racking because of how hard you have to push against your motherboard. but the vibration should not be occurring. I am unable to even wiggle my D15. And the heat you are talking about is unreal. I have a fx8350 and with prime95 running a blend on all 8 cores I get a Thermal Margin of roughly 33.25

Can you submit some photo's using imgur? http://imgur.com/RvJFiTt <--- something like that might really help to figure out whats going on.
