Depends on if you want to Overclock the CPU?
Noctua nh-d15 is best air cooler for stock operation and Lian LI Galahad AIO for max Overclocking, assuming they fit your case.
Neither would be my choice. I would choose the Corsair H115i if you wish to Overclock IMO.

If you do go with the noctua keep in mind ram clearance and other physical "obstructions" on the motherboard may need to be kept in mind
