nh-u14s Noctua Included Thermal Paste already on the heatsink?

Is it already applied to the heat sink? Its on the way to my house and I'm just wondering if I need artic silver or anything else. I hope its applied and I just put the heatsink on the chip and that's it.

Thanks, so I just apply it like the size of a piece of rice on the chip itself and stick the heatsink on?

That was my final build, should be here soon! I'll be bothering everyone for tips I'm sure. Would like to do a basic overclock too. Sounds great to get a bit more performance. I wouldn't be an overachiever there though! I'm a beginner.

Whats the best way to learn how to overclock my cpu and graphics card? I've been reading a few things about it and how some chips can't go so high etc. I'm a beginner so I don't want to fry my stuff! Thanks
