Hello guys i need help first of all i have a b350 motherboard and a ryzen 7 1700 i want to overclock it ofc and i don't know what i will choose i saw and reviews on the YouTube about game Nexus something like that (about threadripper liquid vs air cooling) so what is better to take a noctua cooler or the masterliquid 240ml RGB
It's very hard decision anyone can help me i will appreciate it thanks.

What is the actual question? A Ryzen 1700 isn't Threadripper, but a Threadripper is Ryzen.

What is the make/model of your case?
That determines what aftermarket cooler you can use.

Up to a point, a 1700 can be overclocked using the stock ryzen cooler.

Are you more concerned about good cooling or RGB aesthetics?
What is your budget?
