Question NIC cards making computer restart

I am trying to install 6 StarTech st1000SPEX43 NIC cards. However, when I install more than 2 my computer continually restarts and it will not boot.

Motherboard: Asus ws x299
CPU: i7-9800x
Graphics card: Geforce 710
power supply: EVGA 1000W G3

I am running Ubuntu 18.04.2. LTS

yes, i installed there driver but my computer is still restarting

Am betting he says "check" as in TALK to them.

These days of "get them out of the door A.S.A.P." am not going to be surprised if they didn't test a multi-board configuration.

Now Star Tech seems like a re-seller, so am not sure is THEIR engineers.
