Nice AM3+ mobo

I need nice mobo for FX 4130 that can give me 4.0-4.5 oc on it. I have 130E but i decided to get cheaper board + 4gb of ram then to go all in for MOBO and hope that AM3+ wont die. It will be hard here to sell an old 110e+ mobo later in few years if i go after new sockets. If i would take 990FX chip and pay 130e i would go for 8 core in 1 year,maybe even 1 and a half. In that time who knows what may happen to FX. But if i would take some 970 chipset i would use it atlast 1 and a half year,do some small OC and after it sell it and buy new ddr4 PC.
So,back on the track,I need some mobo that can support OC to FX 4130. I was thinking of something like this:
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
But if something happens and i change my mind,or you guys change my mind, and go for 990FX i would need some suggestions too.
Something like this and it's price range
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 rev4
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
if i get 990FX mobo i probably wonna end up using it for next 3 to 4 years.

The nicest is the Asus Crosshair Formula. But overkill for such a tiny processor.

Any of the gigabyte models will do.
