So, I'm upgrading my pc, but I need a larger case to fit the parts I'll be adding. Specs are my signature, and the pc is a Dell Inspiron 660 slim. I will be adding a 550 watt PSU and an MSI R7 265 GPU. Anyways, I've got $50 to spend on the case, and I've been looking at this one:

Are there any other good quality nice looking cases under $50?

Something to think and worry about: Motherboards from Dell, especially the low profile items, have been known to have a different mounting pattern that is not compatible with any ATX mounting pattern. It my have the same physical size an a uATX, but the mounting holes are non-standard.

Please note that I do not know if that is the case with the MB on this machine, it's just one more thing to verify before buying anything for an upgrade/case swap.

Based upon images I've seen (just looked them up) you are probably all right, but the x16 slot doesn't look as if it has any support.

That's definitely my board. What do you mean by the x16 slot support though?

(I found a better image to show the proper standoff positions:

If you look at this image, going from the right you have the first 2 sets of 3 mounting holes (the second set is in line with the PCIe x1 slot. The board doesn't extend far enough to get to the pair of uATX standoffs on the
.

With just 2 slots, this doesn't really mean a whole bunch, just be careful when installing the card.
