I'd just like to confirm whether or not using copper radiators with nickel tubing would cause any kind of corrosion of either metal, like there is when aluminum and copper mix?
I wouldn't think so but I'm not 100% certain. I'm not familiar with these metals. Mostly just tubing available for water cooling lines available on the market. It sounds like you have access to some various materials you may be able to fabricate with. Maybe these links can help?
There shouldn't be a problem with nickel and copper like there is with aluminum/copper. Is the tubing solid nickel for sure or is there a chance it's nickel plated? If it's plated, what is the base material being plated? I believe it's more common for nickel to be used as a plating over copper or aluminum than to be solid nickel.

It's Monel 400, which I believe is a copper-nickel mixture, not really a plating
