I am searching for a AIO cooler for my cpu that has a nickel plated cold plate. My CPU (3770k @4.7) currently has a Noctual nh d14 and as nice as a job that it does I want to free up some space in my case for aesthetic purposes. I currently have conductonaut liquid metal for the paste and have read that copper will eventually harden the liquid metal making it less effective and and a way around this is having a nickel plated cold plate which is less reactive to the copper. I was not worried about the Noctua as it already has the nickel plating on the cold plate.

The only AIO I have found thus far with the nickel plating is the BeQuiet! Silent loop.

Does anybody know of any others?

Thanks.

Solution
The nickel plating wont offer any restriction since over time the liquid metal will damage the cold plate and make it virtually impossible to disassemble should you wish to tear the system down for an upgrade.

The Be Quiet! AIO is a revised version of one of Alphacool's setup. In fact it's the only AIO in the market with Nickel plating to my understanding as all the others are copper based like the Celsius S24

Thanks. So the Nickel plating offers no extra protection? I was told it is less reactive to the liquid metal than the copper.
