[SOLVED] Nightmare ? 2x GPU's and 1x CPU on a 150W PSU

So I've played a while with the idea of installing 2x GeForce GT1030 on an already low power ITX System J5005 Intel.

The Intel CPU has a total of 10W TDP, it's really economically.
The GT 1030's draw (according to specification) each a 30W Max.
There's an SSD and some fans, but i doubt they consume more than 5-10W in total.

I want to put all this in a case with a 150W PSU (Yeah, you read it right).

According to my calculation:
30W CPU/Board
+30W GPU 1030
+30W GPU 1030
+10W Other Stuff
= 100W

I know there's "recommendations" for the GT1030 by Nvidia to have (already for one 1030) a PSU that provides 300W. (But i think that's just some sort of over-dimensioned disclaimer for them to not get screwed over in court.)
Also i read that the GT1030 temporary "spikes" up to 70W power usage (e.g. a second or two, or even lower than that). On the 12V rail that powers the GPU's i get a total of 96W.

Can this work?
Is this sound?
I do the math and it looks OK to me but maybe im wrong .

I don't want to go out and buy a loud 600W PSU when this small 150W is actually sufficient.

Solution
gt 1030 can peak to 50watts (if not overclocked)
usualy u want to run PSU up to 80%
600w psu isnt loud, it depends on load, more load, more heat, more heat, more fans will spin, more it spins louder it gets
i have 750watt psu and i get zero noise
