My Nikon coolpix S3100 won't turn on I have tried everything nothing works, help me?!?

When you say you've tried everything what exactly have you tried? Posting that will keep me from posting something you have already tried.

Once you try everything, the next step is to replace the camera with something that works.

Did this "everything" include a new battery by any chance?
