Nikon import assist

how do i get rid of the auto pop up that says nikon import assist when i power on . can't find a way to get rid of it so it does not pop up and then cancel

Go to add/remove programs, find that program and uninstall it. It may also be in the Startup group in Programs in the Start menu.
