Question Nikon to Sony E mount adapters

I'm trying to find a fully electronic Nikon to Sony E mount adapter for my A7III but I can't seem to find any. I want one that's actually good and fully works. Is there any adapter like this so I can fit my Nikon lenses onto my A7III?

Using an adapter to enable use of lenses from one SLR system to another almost always involves some loss of functionality -- I doubt you'll find an adapter which makes the Nikon lenses 100% compatible.

Yeah, iffy at best most of the time.

Normally best to get Nikkor lenses for Nikon bodies etc.
