Question Nintendo switch lite

Hi guys been asking a lot on here lately but my partner just bought a Nintendo switch lite second hand off eBay and it’s having network issues it won’t connect to the Wi-Fi at all it comes up with an error code 2110-1118 she’s tried resetting it and the Wi-Fi but no luck can never get though to Nintendo customer service either so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Have you upated the console to the latest system update?

I can’t because it will not connect to Wi-Fi what so ever I’ve thought about buying a type-c to Ethernet adapter but still that isn’t a permanent solution

If it cannot detect the wifi at all, then the network chip may need replacing.

Apologies, I meant to ask if the console has been updated to the latest, possibly before you bought it. Maybe it was sold for that reason of faulty wifi??

It didn’t have any warnings but thanks I think that’s what I’m going to have to do
