My NiPoGi Mini PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5500U
16GB RAM DDR4 3200MHz ASint CL22 1.2V (8+8)
512GB SSD AirDisk M.2 2280
AMD Radeon Graphics (2GB from RAM)
MediaTek MTWiFi 6E

Motherboard and BIOS information:
Motherboard: HCAR5000-MI
BIOS: American Megatrends International version 0.22 date 10/26/2022

Problem occured in event viewer:
Error 41 in Event Viewer
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.
Screen freeze and pc suddently restarts

Already tested with brand new power supply, new ram, new ssd. Reinstalled 2 fresh installations of windows 10 and 11 and nothing solved the problem.
Ran Passmark Benchmark, Burnintest and all went alright with no errors. Even gaming, nothing weird happens, it just works fine like any desktop. Also changed thermal paste of the CPU.

I wonder if it is bios problem or motherboard

I have seen a similar behavior in other PCs and the problem was overheating. Check to see if the box is in a place where it gets sufficient cooling. You have taken it apart; did you remove all the dust? Are all the fans working?

Thanks for the help

The problem was drivers. I wanted to use it as a home server. Now with Windows Server 2019, its all fine. Had to do a bypass to install AMD Graphics driver, but all went alright. I also did solved it with Windows 10, but I prefered having a Windows Server instead of Windows 10.
