Nivida card making hardrive not detect ?

here is the video hopefully it will explain more also i can not find drivers any where for this motherboard pretty sure whoever built this took it out of a pre built pc and just added parts. when i use the ati card everything works fine but the problem is its dying and is no longer reliable to use for gaming ( freezing sound looping etc..) so thats why i bought this card was the best i could find locally (small town..) and can not order a card online. but when i put in the 740 its like my hard drive jsut vanishes the bios /pc will not detect it at all unless i put it in native ide mode but then it wont boot just says disk error but if i do not have it in that mode it wont detect anything execpt for the cd drive


Also i thought it might have been the hard drive so i bought a new one today same problem

ikr never heard of it in my life been trying to figure this out since yesterday onyl way pc works is if i use my dying ati card..
