Nividia shadowplay won't open.

I want to start youtube and I have a gtx 1060. So I installed the nivdia software and wanted to run nividia shadowplay. But whenever I try to open shadowplay my screen goes white, the only way to get rid of the white is to alt+tab (yes I have tried to wait). Another issue I have is that I don't have nividia streamer service. Any help would be helpful. Thanks Jakob . PS I have windows 7.

EDIT: I can open my alt+tab ingame but I can still not record.

I updated to windows 10 and now it works 😀
