Okay so reinstalled windows 10 on to a new SSD, updated all my drivers and now I can't set my Resolution to 1920 x 1080.
When I Right click desktop - Display Settings it shows as 1920 x 1080 Recommended and as set.
However In CCC there is no option to set it as 1920 x 1080 the highest it goes is 1680 x 1050, so I have to set it to 1080p.
Now my real problem is in Full screen mode such as Explorer Slideshow its picking up the 1920 x 1080 set on the desktop and the Image is off the screen, If I set it to 1680 x 1050 that problem goes, but what I want is of course 1920 x 1080.
I have tried to add a custom resolution for 1080p 60h 1920 x 1080 but this does not work either.

This was all working fine before the reinstall and that is what is mind boggling, I cant for the life of me figure out what is preventing CCC from giving me 1920 x 1080 as an option, when it is correctly recognizing the Maximum reported Resolution for my LG TV as 1920 x 1080.

Many Thanks.

Solution
Possibly conflicting video drivers?

Try downloading DDU and installing it.

Download latest AMD drivers for Windows 10 and the video card.

Uninstall present video drivers.

Boot into Safe Mode

Run DDU and remove all traces of AMD (video) drivers. Note that all AMD drivers will be removed including non-video drivers if installed.

Boot back into normal mode and install latest video card drivers and install any other AMD drivers also (if previously removed).

Reboot when required.

Finished!

After Reinstalling AMD Drivers there is still no 1920 x 1080 option in CCC, I get the feeling it may be CCC conflicting with the LG TV but as I did not have this problem before I have no Idea why.

On the Bright side after some more fiddling I have found a work around for the Off screen problem in full screen, Right Clicking Desktop - Display Settings - Display, Then Changing - Change the size of text, apps, and other items: to 100% has stopped it. and 1920 x 1080 is now working properly in full-screen games as well.

So I'm likely to leave it as is for now,

Thanks anyway =)
