[SOLVED] No AC charge to laptop mobo

Laptop battery won't charge, can't run off AC either. Upon taking it apart, immediately noticed DCIN section is brown. Is this something I could possibly fix myself with access to a soldering iron? Or is this motherboard done for?

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 7559, i7-6700HQ, GTX 960M

It appears to be liquid damage. Unfortunately, this is not an easy fix. Components may be damaged and need to be replaced. Without a schematic available, it is probably not feasible.
