When i restart my PC I see a flash screen of my mother board manufacturer Gigabyte, it says that i need to click F12 to enter BIOS, but as soon as I click it my computer makes some strange clicking noises. After this it enters a black screen and i can't do anything. My motherboard is GA-B75M-D3H.

Solution
at this stage I would contact Gigabyte and see what they have to say. There has to be a way in besides resetting the cmos battery. That would reset all bios settings and should get you in. I know your board has 2 bios in it.
can you get into windows normally?

if you can get to desktop, try this
open start menu
open power options (where you turn pc off)
hold shift and click restart

this loads you into advanced start up
select troubleshoot
select advanced
select UEFI firmware settings
this will restart pc and load you into the bios

if you don't have a UEFI firmware option here, try this:

So I tried this, and instead of getting a black screen after the splash screen, I now get several different options of how I want to boot my PC. Still cant get in to BIOS, though.

Yea ,delete, i saw it later. Still doesnt work though. I will try this now.

This video is very unclear, do you have a step by step tutorial or a better quality video for me? Thanks in advance.

Already tried it 🙁
