Since installing Service Pack 1 on Server 2003 I can no longer access
internally or externally to the server using Terminal Services. All services
are running and I do have the right permissions.

Does anyone know or experienced this issue?

Hi,

what error message do you get? Have you checked Event Viever? What
message does it produce right
in the moment when you try to connect? You should look in System log.
You sure that it is not about not ability to get the license for your
client? For me it sounds like this.

Check this:

898060 - Network connectivity between clients and servers may not
work after the installation of security update MS05-019 or Windows
Server 2003 Service Pack 1
