Question No access to some websites

Hello everyone,

I've just purchased a new Windows 10 PC. Everything works, except that I can't have access to Outlook and Dropbox.

For example, I can install the Dropbox application or navigate to their website, but everything stops working when I try to type my (valid) email address and password. I don't have any message telling that my password is wrong, I just can't have access to dropbox.com.
The problem with outlook.com is roughly the same, Chrome gives me the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error after I enter my password.

I've try the following :
  • using 2 different wifi networks
  • using another device on these wifi networks (it works for this device)
  • using Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
  • disabling Windows firewall
  • ipconfig /flushdns and netsh int ip reset commands
  • emptying my hosts file

It's starting to drive me crazy, does anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance.

I've just checked . Windows Update tells my computer does not have latest security patches, but it does not manage to connect properly to Microsoft servers.

It was preinstalled on my computer (Dell G3)
I managed to download an update tool from Microsoft, so I will attempt to download the latest update from this tool. It seems to be working for now.
