Question No advanced power options in the bios and sleep state S3 is enabled

Hi, I want to enable S0(low power idle) using the bios but there is no advanced tab in it. HP pavilion 15cc134tx laptop with F.31 INSYDE BIOS.

The reason I want to change S3 to S0(low power idle) is the laptop is taking 6 seconds to come out of sleep and is using S3 state. Recently changed the motherboard of the laptop because of some failure in the board which randomly shuts down the laptop. The previous board used to get out of sleep in 6 seconds. The new one is also taking 6 seconds. I think S3 is to be blamed and I am unable to change it. How to unlock advanced BIOS settings without mods? Thanks

try "powercfg /a" to see if S0 is available or not.
