Your computer will use the integrated graphics for everything but gaming. when a GPU intensive application(Game) comes into play then the big boy will kick in to do work. You can also disable the intergrated graphics and make the nforce your primary if you wish
You can test it, download Nvidia control panel, from there you can disable it. you can also get GPUz and check if your card is being recognized, then start a game and see if the usage goes up.

Ok, so the drivers were okay before, I disabled hd graphics through device manager, not through nvidia control panel, then i re enabled it and restarted, not laggy anymore, will look for drivers
