No Amd graphic driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly

After recently downloading and installing the AMD Catalyst Omega drivers, I got this notification after rebooting my system. There were some guides that told me to use Guru3D and uninstall all of my drivers, and install any version 13 drivers, that didn't work. I'm currently using an AMD 8320, 7870, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

I'm restricted on what I can do at this moment. My other 2 monitors get no signal because of the error, and I'm getting 2 FPS on low settings, with a 800 x 600 resolution, on games that I'd normally get 60+ FPS on ultra, with a 5760 x 1080 resolution.

If you installed KB 3004394 the other day uninstall it. Its a botched update and did cause probs for some people. Including the prob youre having

I just uninstalled the two most recent Visual Studio C++, I'll reboot, and report back.

That's the latest download from Microsoft, that is shown on my Computer.

Uninstalling it didn't do anything. I'm still getting the same errors/bugs.
