[SOLVED] No audio after installing new monitor.

Hello, so I bought a new monitor (the AOC G2490VXS). It performs well, however it does not produce any sound. It works when I plug my headphones in, and I tried to change the playback device to speakers and still no sound. I also tried updating/ reinstalling drivers and still nothing. Can someone please help me out with this? Also here are my specs just incase they're needed:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H170-PRO
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz
GPU:NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
intel HD Graphics 530

I also used displayport for the new monitor, I tried using hdmi if it maybe changed something but the issue still persisted.

Does the monitor have speakers? I can't see any reviews of it anywhere that says it has speakers.

Yeah it doesn't say in the full specs and I can't find the manual.

If I find something I will let you know. I guess I will assume it does not have speakers for the moment.
