My mobo is msi z170-a pro, im using windows 10 x 64
So far i've tried everything i've found on the web
Reinstalled realtek drivers several times, from realtek site, provided by MSI, installed codecs.
Uninstalled audio drivers from device managerm, updated it from there.
Installed other bios version, flashed again to older version.
I've tried 3 different headphones, none of them works with my pc (they work fine on my laptop).
Tried both backside and front panel audio jacks.
Disabled audio device in my bios, restarted, reenabled.
Tried different frequencies, testing headphones makes no sound, but they are detected in both of my audio jacks, front and back.
I've also tried using my monitor display as audio output and they work fine, by using HDMI and AMD high definition audio (althought after i disabled audio in bios, they still worked so i guess it's not connected ? )

Also my GPU card just came back from RMA, that's why i was restarting and updating all of that, but im not sure how this could be connected somehow?

But i've already done that, both of my headphones front and back panel are detected but no sound is coming out, during test sequence and testing them as defualt choices, i can see the volume bar moving, but no sound is coming out.
Also i just checked my bios again, and my headphones are detected, my mobo explorer shows me that audio jack is connected

I've just done a rollback to previous BIOS version, the one i had at the beginning for a year, still nothing.
Also tried another hdd from my old laptop with w7, just to make sure it's not windows 10 related problem, still no sound.
I guess the integrated sound card got messed up somehow?
