No Audio Device Installed/RealTech Audio Manager Missing

Please help!! I used a program to update my drivers and now my sound is gone. The RealTeck Audio Management no longer appears in my control panel. I tried to re-install it from the Lenovo website and it did not re-appear. I'm on a Lenovo K330, windows 7, 64-bit. I have NO idea what I'm doing and I feel like I'm just making it worse. I read every article for my situation and nothing has helped..
