No Audio Device Installed

This isnt the first time this happens.... Ive tried the whole go to device manager and disable/uninstall and then reboot and let the drivers install and what not. It doesnt work. I noticed i dont have Sound Blaster Recon3Di showing up anywhere and i know thats what i have. I went to the website to get the recent drivers for my system and everything. When i go through the installer and tells me that theres no installed device. When i know i do.... Any help? I have a alienware m17x r4. I have gone to dells website and downloaded all the recent drivers from there too. Ive done a restore and everything and still nothing...
