No Audio Device

Event manager shows Realtek Audio device deleted 8/20/2017. HP desktop came with installed hardware, Reaktek site, no help. Microsoft site, no help. HP, no help.

I am given drivers or codecs to download. NO HELP!!

Right click on "computer" and then click on "manage" a window will open and on the left locate device manager and click on that, now check for any yellow exclamation marks. Realtek will under "sound video and game controllers" ......if any yellow symbols usually means the driver for that device is not installed.
