No audio devices are installed

Hello,
I have got a FronTech michrophone, the head phone is working but speaker jack is not working. I have tried to test the it using sound recording device and it gives me an error that "no audio devices are installed". I have already installed Real Tech drivers.

Check if you've used the correct drivers, and whether or not your audio hardware is enabled within Device Manager.
