No Audio Devices Installed

I recently got the new windows update which came with new NVIDIA Miracast Audio sound drivers. After the new updates, my computer is claiming "No Audio Devices are Installed." I have uninstalled/reinstalled all my sound drivers including my ASTRO Wireless Transmitter. I have also uninstalled and only installed select sound drivers to see if the Miracast isn't working well with my MOBO but that wasn't the issue. I did a system recovery to a point before installing the new updates and even then it still said no audio devices were installed. Any help would be appreciated.

You try to install audio driver suitable for your mobo again... and then restart your computer...
What is your computer or motherboard make and model?
