No audio from the internet

Hi there!

Greetings of the day!!

I shall be highly thankful if any body solve my computer audio issue.
I 've recently formatted my pc, I 've lost the Intel-Desktop-board-D945GCNL CD, subsequently with the help of this forum I've downloaded from Intel drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/50369/Intel-Desktop-Board-D945GCNL. and installed.
Now I'm facing problem of audio, there is no audio from the internet, I cannot hear the audio from Vice News and BBC documentary and on You Tube et el. There is audio from the system, audio and video both.
My system configuration is:
• Computer ACPIx64 based PC
• System devices: High Definition Audio Controller
• Sound: Realtek High definition Audio
• Realtek HD Audio Manager:
Speakers ? ON
Microphone ? ON
