Question No audio output device is installed

I tried with my headphone my earphone still not detect any audio output device

Tried put it on the back on the front and it still not detect any audio output device

Tried Scan for hardware changes in device manager and it try to install Unidentified device and it say no driver found

Tried update AMD high definition audio device and it say it's up to date

Tried to download Realtek high definition audio when success it tell me to restart when i restart i don't see any realtek in device manager

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS (Windows 10?).

Make and model headphone (earphone)?

Do the headphones/earphones work on other audio devices? Have you tried other headphones or earphones?

Any interim audio adapters or switches?

Have you tried running the Windows 10 built-in troubleshooters - the troubleshooters may find and fix something.
