"No Audio Output is installed"

so i've been having this problem for around a month now.
Basically, one day i hopped on to my PC and found that my audio wasn't working whatsoever, neither my microphone or my headphones.

I've been hopping on to forums and trying literally everything i see but ive had no positive results, just wondering if anyone knows what's up with this?

Processor: AMD A8-7650K
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti
Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
Chipset: AMD K15 IMC
Headphones can't be the problem, jacks are working fine.

yep, nothing useful unfortunately
I've gotten a new usb sound card and it still hasn't fixed it

Not too sure how to check, I've tried checking the BIOS menu but i saw nothing to do with sound, any idea if thats just a me problem or?

Enables or disables the onboard audio function. (Default: Enabled)
If you wish to install a 3rd party add-in audio card instead of using the onboard audio, set this item to
Disabled.

Also can check in Control panel > Sound, maybe HDMI is set as default instead of Speakers, which would work only if you have monitor with speakers or connected to a TV set.
