Question No audio outputs / pc lags and stutters

my friend is getting errors saying "audio services is not responding" which causes his pc to lag while watching any video, also he doesnt get audio

We're going to need more information. Please list the make and model of the motherboard. Stating MSI doesn't narrow anything down. Make and model of your friend's PSU and it's age? BIOS version for the motherboard at the time of writing? Version of Windows 10? Ideally your friend should be on version 21H1.

Include your friend's audio equipment and how they're connected to the system.
