Question No audio working on brand new build

I have built a new rig and everything works fine except audio. When I plug in speakers or headphones to the rear or front jack, it is not even detected by windows. They work on other devices so that`s not the problem. I have already installed realtek audio drivers from the ASRock website and also from the motherboard install disk, but nothing works. Also windows updates are already installed. Anyone had the same problem and fixed it?
I am still under warranty, but if I can fix it, I can avoid so much hussle.

Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz 2x8gb (Currently running at 2133mhz)
ASRock B450M PRO4-F Motherboard
Asus GTX 670
1 SSD & 2 SATA HDD
Corsair CX550 PSU
Kolink Stronghold case
Clean Windows 10 Pro install

Have you checked your "Sound, video and game controllers" in Device Manager? Is Realtek Audio listed?
If you go to "Control Panel > Sound > Playback", what is set as your default playback device?
