Question No Audio

First of all my specs
Intel i5-3470 3.2ghz
8gb ddr3 ram
cooler master mwe 550 watt psu
710 2gb ddr5 gpu
gigabyte h61m-s motherboard


I bought rx580 8gb but it didnt worked so I'm currently replacing it + I reset bios by taking out the battery

When I reassembled my pc I saw That windows is not detecting my speakers and headphones , When I checked there was no realtek audio driver {Idk why}{I have permanently disabled windows update}And tried reinstalling it but it wont show , I even tried updating my gpu drivers and motherboard drivers {plus all my drivers} But Still It is not working and i have tried all device manager,cmd,bios tricks

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

SHOULD I RE-INSTALL WINDOWS 10?

You can try reinstalling Windows. If still not working, an option would be adding a PCI sound card,

I will re-install , but after hours surfing internet I'm finding that new update of windows is removing realtek and is not giving options to install any driver
What sould I do leaving reinstalling windows?
