No Backlight on HP PSC 2410 Display

I assume I have to get this fixed under warranty or is there a
replaceable LED/bulb?
I would ask HP online help but I have forgotten my password and
when I go through the forgotten password routine it keeps
telling me my email address is already taken. &^^&%%^!!!!

Finally got through to HP call centre support and the printer
goes into a local Osborne Park service centre Monday for a
warranty repair. I hope it's more efficient than their call
centre; in one of four call I had to make they managed to
connect me to another customer seeking support rather than a
call centre operative. I was tempted to help her as it was her
second attempt at getting through to HP but I decided that
debugging her inability to make an internet connection after
installing XP was going to take too long.

It was also fun trying to fax them my receipt on a all in one
that has no working screen. The one useful tip is that holding
the # and 9 key down while plugging in the power does a full
reset but that or trying another power point doesn't fix a
faulty display screen however many times you are told to do so
by however many different call centre personnel.
