Hey guys and girls, I have a laptop Acer vn-7 571g-59pm with i5-5200u gtx 850m and win 10. For a while i was getting this error showing my battery at 100% but at the same time its showing that its not detected and when i unplug the charger it dies.
So i gave it to my brother 2 days ago and after a while he said that the laptop sudently shut down and would not start again. After that he gave it to some "tech guys" that said it was a faulty battery. Today i recieve it and they said that they changed the battery, the laptop can start and run but again the battery is not detected. I wonder if any of you guys know some way of fixing it and willing to share it with me.

It can go either way; either a fault with the battery, or a fault with the main board (controller or circuitry). Either way, this is likely a hardware fault. If the shop really did fully discharge the battery and fully recharge it, that would calibrate it and help rule out issues with the electronics in the battery.

Probably you'll have to have the battery or motherboard serviced or replaced.
