[SOLVED] No beep code when turning on system with only a CPU installed ?

I'm doing this do find out what exactly is going on with my system

When I tried to turn on the PC with only the CPU installed there was no beep code and I was wondering what that means exactly.
Is the PSU or motherboard broken or did I do something wrong? I know it's not the CPU since I tried it with two different ones.

I assumed that every modern motherboard has one, but I was told that that wasn't the case.

PC Speakers have rarely been installed on a motherboard. Most cases used to come with one, but that stopped being a thing almost 20 years by now.
