[SOLVED] No beep/display on startup

I disassembled my computer for a move. After putting everything back together, the fans spin, the lights come on but there isn't any beep or video. I took everything out of the case. Then I connected my modular Seasonic 550 bronze to my asus prime 350 mobo with a ryzen 3 cpu, cpu fan, ram, msi 1060 GPU. Shorted the pins. Lights come on. Fans spin. Still no beep or display. Tries taking the ram out. Powered up, still no beeps or display. Took the cpu out, powered up and still no beeps or display. At that point it's just the mobo, cpu, cpu fan and psu connected.

Is an internal speaker connected to the board? If yes, and no beeps when RAMs removed, assuming that the power supply is not defective, then I'd say that it's either the board, or the CPU.
