No Beep, No Signal and Fans on?

Hello, just plugged in a computer I havent used in a year and when I left it, it worked. Now no beep, no monitor signal but fans work?
I have tried

With no effect. I believe it is my PSU which is gone somehow as I have tested everything else expect motherboard / PSU, can anyone verfy this is correct?

What model is the board?
