No beeping sound no bios

Just a background. I was working on my computer right. Because I need to install the DVD rom. It was working fine during that time shut down my computer installed my DVD rom then turn it back on again it's fine no issues but my DVD rom is not ejecting so I shut it down, pulled out the DVD rom, then turn it back on again. Great then shut it down again when I manage to open the slider of the DVD rom and installed it again then turn back the computer on, it has no display and no beeping sound all fans are working. Hard shutdown the computer, took out the DVD rom, then powered it on again same issue, hard shutdown again, removed the ram, turn back on the computer beeping sound indicating there is no ram, turn the comp off then installed the RAM again same issue no beeping sound and no display, turn the comp off took out the Video card place it again, same issue. This happens to me whenever I take all the components out, naturally it's because of the hard drive so I need to reconnect the wires all over again and it does work, but by this time it's not doing anything for me. Any suggestion before I resort to taking all the components out including the motherboard to reconnect it again?

Try booting with 1 stick of ram.
