No beeps ever

Alright so i have this problem where i was gaming and i got a blue screen of death. It restarted with no beep and no display. I had followed other threads on here however nothing can make my computer beep. I restarted CMOS, moved around ram sticks, checked graphics cards by changing multiple ones, PSU still powers all fans and LEDs. I just get no beeps so i cannot identify what is dead so i can buy new parts. Any fixes would be appritiated but recommendation of buying new parts is welcome.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3

CPU: AMD FX4130 quad core

Graphics: GTX 1060 3gb PNY

PSU: 500 ATX Power supply

RAM: one 1TB RAM stick

Is there a beeper/speaker on the MB or attached to it ?
