No beeps from HSF, CPU, RAM, Mobo, Speaker

I am breadboarding and having some issues....

I plugged in the PSU to my Motherboard with the CPU, HSF hooked up and that was it. I got the single beeps spanned over about 1 second intervals indicating no memory. HSF spins.

So i plugged in 2 memory sticks into the respective slots DDR1 and DDR2 (same color) and get silence. I try 1 memory stick in each of the slots, silence.

I don't know what this means or where to go from here, I am using all brand new parts, is it my memory that's messed up or is it my CPU or Motherboard?

Build:

Z68AP-D3 Gigabyte Motherboard
650W - OCZ ZS Series Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance 8gb Dual Channel DDR3 Memory
i5-2500 (Non K) CPU w/ stock HSF

Need to know more detailed specs about the RAM if possible.

Is it this kind

1866MHz, 9-10-9-27, 1.5V

?

Try just 1 stick and try it in each of the 4 slots, for starters.

Are you sure you are pushing the RAM all the way in? It has to go in pretty hard. If it isn't all the way in it won't work.

I pushed it in hard enough for the clips to snap and hold the RAM in place
