No Beeps, No POST Screen, Nothing

I've recently purchased the components to build my first computer but as you may have assumed from the title I've run into some problems. I have installed all of my components outside of the case and when I power on the PSU all the fans/LEDs turn on but I have yet to see a POST screen or hear any beeps indicating that the components are or are not working.

Everything installed (CPU, GPU, RAM): No display. No beeps.

RAM removed: No beeps.

GPU removed: No beeps.

CPU fan unplugged: No beeps.

* YES I have a speaker hooked up to the front panel connectors.
* I have worked through both of these troubleshooting guides.

Here's the kicker. I have already sent my motherboard back to Gigabyte because from what I've read on this site it seemed like the mobo may have been the issue. Gigabyte has sent the mobo back to me claiming that it works perfectly fine, although not providing any proof. I hooked everything back up and ran all the tests again only to come to the same conclusion. No display, no beeps.

I'm not sure if it's another component that's giving me problems but I can't wrapped my head around how my mobo could be perfectly fine but at the same time never give off any audible indications that components are working, or in this case, not working.

Is Gigabyte customer service full of it or am I missing something here?

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD7
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1866 DDR3 2x8GB
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770
PSU: Enermax Platimax 850W 80+ Platinum

What power supply do you have and did you connect the 8pin cpu power connector to them motherbd?

Maybe it is a bad CPU. It doesn't happen frequently but it is possible. It could also be the GPU.

Also, I know its simple but did you turn on your psu switch on the back of the PSU?

Enermax Platimax 850W 80+ Platinum. Yes.

Maybe. I think I'll have to take my components to a tech and have them diagnose which one(s) are bad so I know what to send back to the manufacturer.

Here's what I don't understand. If I do have a bad component such as the CPU or GPU why would my motherboard not indicate that with a beep sequence. (assuming I have a good mobo because according to gigabyte they tested it in multiple configurations and they said it worked just fine. I still have my doubts. LOL)

That being said it definitely sounds like a PSU problem if it doesn't boot at all. are the fans powering on? or are any lights coming on on the board its self?
Wait just read it again and I still think it is the power supply it could just be a bad rail.

I'll RMA the PSU and hopefully that will get things running. If not I'll take my components to a shop and have them pinpoint the problems.

The cpu has no bent pins?

It needs the F10 bios to work with that cpu,maybe that an update could help.I don't know with which cpu gigabyte tests.

I can't get to the POST screen so there's no way for me to update the BIOS if that is the issue. I'd actually be a little pissed off if that was the issue because when I sent the mobo back to Gigabyte they should have realized that and done it for me.

You could see if there's a shop where they still have an old amd cpu laying around to ask if you can try to update with that.Or buy an old second hand am3 cpu of the net,shouldn't be to expensive.Look at this for what you can use,
