Origin of the Problem
I put the computer to sleep. And press the power button(which was blinking as usual) after 30 minutes and the computer shuts down and keep restarting without no beep or post. Tried cold booting didn't work, same issue.

Known Issue
My onboard ethernet doesn't work sometimes(it does not detect the LAN cable plugged in, which is a common issue for old motherboard as I found)

My specs

CPU - Intel core i3 2nd gen 2100 (4 years old)

Motherboard - Asus P8H61-M LX Rev 3.0(4 years old)

Ram - Ripjaws G-skill (DDR3-1333 PC3-10666 4GBx1, CL9-9-9-24 1.5v)(4 years old)

GPU - nvidia GeForce GTX 750 ti (5 months old)

PSU - FPS HEXA+ 400W (5 months old)

what I have tried so far

1)clearing cmos
2)removing the MB battery and dissecting all the power cables for 30
3)removed the gpu and front pannel USB, audio and RESTART BUTTON

4)removing the motherboard from the case and keeping it on a insulated surface removed everything except the hdd(did it again with a different hdd) and power supply cables(removed the ram too to check if I get 3 beeps) and still no beeps no posts it keeps restarting

5) did the same thing above, this time disconnected the power button too and turned the system on by short circuiting power button pins. Still the same symptoms

Note
I handle my system very delicately, because I know about surge damage and physic damage that can be caused by just droping a screw on the motherboard or by just flexing it.

Solution
I got it working. I removed all front panel connections(USB and audio sockets not power and restart buttons)

And I just pressed the power button it was still restarting like before but I noticed each restart interval was getting longer and longer
at last it stop restarting and there it was fans spinning and i can hdd working too but no beeps or boot.
so I disconnected power and boot it this time it booted it worked finally.
so I connected front panel USB and audio(when I connect I felt some electrostatic sapping to my hand from casing, motherboard had power standby light was green) . and it had the same issue again, kept restarting.
so I removed front panel USB only not audio and boot it and it kept restarting and intervals between...

now I have my front panel USB disconnected. and it worked so far I hope front panel USB was the issue and other thing my onboard ethernet started working again .

And now after few hours issue came again so I disconnected front pannel audio too still no luck must be a faulty capacitor or something on the motherboard
