No beeps or display on monitor after cleaning pc

Hello,so I have been cleaning the dust from my pc and i got out gpu,cpu fan,ram and hdd and I dusted it all gently with vacuum cleaner,there is old termal paste on my cpu but I didnt touch it or change it,when I did everything i turned on pc and there was no display on monitor but its not only that..I heared something weird in pc(maybe fan touching some wires)so i opened pc again I moved some cables a little turn back on and no more that weird sound but still no display,I tried everything from yt like removing ram gpu...and no beeps,so right now I'm afraid my motherboard or cpu is dead...but if someone has tip for me I would really appreciate it (I even cleared cmos)

Verify that memory modules are fully inserted as it would cause that issue; same the GPU and the PSU cables (24-pin and CPU) if you disconnected them.

I checked everything 10 times,everything is connected how it should be

Bring it to a shop and they'll determine what was damaged. Was it so dirty that cleaning it was a must?

It wasn't really dirty,but idk I dont have school now so I was bored and yep..no money for new pc that's for sure

You'll eventually have to get it fixed.

I gave it to man who has it's small company,he is a little bit slow bud idc he will hopefully tell me what part is broken(if it is).
