No bios, no beep, Blank Screen

I can start the pc and everything seems to be working fine with fans moving and everything making noises but I get a blank screen. I've tried everything on http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems multiple times and nothing works. It has just been built and there is no graphics card just trying to use integrated graphics.
Processor: I7 7700k Kaby Lake
Motherboard: MSI b150 PC MATE
Ram: crucial 2x4 ddr4 2133

how do I update it though, I cannot access the bios or anything

3 options, 1) take it to a computer shop to have them do it. 2) buy a skylake Celeron processor and do it yourself 3) get a b250/z270 motherboard

Only on a certain bios. Check your bios chip to confirm
